Working with an Architect: Construction Administration
The Construction Administration phase exists in
order to ensure that the project is built as envisioned; it is essential that the Architect be
involved during the entire construction process.
Construction Administration entails site visits,
telephone consultations, and a steady stream of sketches to make sure that the project is built to the
correct level of quality. Unexpected problems invariably arise during construction.
Pickell Architecture is flexible and experienced, and continues the design process by responding
with creative solutions to job site issues.
